Access past training data quickly and effortlessly, syncing data from Apple Health for accountability in step counts, bodyweight tracking, and nutritional information.</li>
 
 <li>Coaching: Engage with Bryce and the Calgary Barbell coaches via the exclusive app-users-only Discord platform. Receive weekly video check-ins and continuous support for program queries, suggestions for new programs, and a highly interactive coaching experience alongside the program library.</li>
